Vitamin B-17 is known as anti-cancer vitamin and is found in many foods,b 17 vitamin but few that are on the menu of modern food. It is found in the seeds of apricots, peaches and apples and bitter almonds. These seeds are bitter to the taste, so it is the most likely reason that nobody wants to eat b 17 vitamin.
While most may think they are toxic and should be avoided, as they are safe to consume in moderation. For example, if you eat the flesh of the fruit with seeds will be fine. However, if you decide to eat a whole cup of apple seeds, you could end up with cyanide poisoning.
