Soybean oil and canola (rapeseed) oil is found in almost every household in the United States and its presence is evident in almost all foods in supermarkets,healthy cooking oils fast food and restaurant meals. One or the other, and often these two oils are ubiquitous in almost all baked goods, sweets, chocolate, biscuits, snacks, chips, salads, condiments, cereals and a myriad of other foods.
